Keep Your Event Safe: Make It From Afar!

Online and streaming video services

While our continent, just like the whole world, is experiencing this difficult time that is totally out of our control, we at Armonica Film want to roll up our sleeves! We thought about realising some videos for you, and try to help you solve any problem that the current international health emergency may have caused.

Some of the biggest congresses and conferences all over Europe have been recently canceled. However, this shouldn’t mean you will waste all the hard work that went into the organization of your project. If you had to cancel your event, we can help you film one or more videos, for example a presentation or a workshop video, that your virtual attendees can watch on remote.

Keep in mind that communication is extremely important and it must not be interrupted. The guests at your event will not be phisically together, but they will access all contents and materials that you prepared for them. We will realize your videos in a studio, filming on a neutral background or on a green screen, depending on your specific needs. As soon as the videos are finished and edited, we will help you share them via one of the many online platforms available nowadays.

Otherwise, if you want to make your guests feel like they are attending the actual event, we can also offer a live streaming service. In these videos, your panelists will be interacting in real time with all the virtual attendees. Also, your guests will have the chance to communicate with the panelist via chat. Of course, our team will be at your service with both video and audio equipment, over the whole process of the streaming video.

Our offer includes:

  • Camera and audio operators supporting you for the filming process
  • A studio with a neutral background or a green screen
  • If needed, live streaming equipment for your presentation
